We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / debit card. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit and debit cards. We do not store any of your credit card information on our website or servers. We use braintreepayments.com, one of the most reputable and secure payment processors available on the web, for processing all of our online credit card transactions.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website www.paypal.com

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. Typically, your order will be dispatched within 1 or 2 working days. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Hong Kong: Deliveries usually take 1-2 business days

Asia: Deliveries usually take 3-4 business days

Europe: Deliveries usually take 3-4 business days

North America: Deliveries usually take 3-4 business days

Your items will be delivered by SF Express in Hong Kong and by SF Express or DHL to all parts in the world. We use your package weight and product shipping restrictions to match your order with the best courier for your purchase.

All shipments may be subject to import charges (duties, customs tariffs and sales tax) which are set by the country to which delivery is to be made. They will be charged once your package reaches its destination country. We do not collect duties and taxes during checkout and cannot predict what these particular charges may be: and in the event you incur these additional charges, neither the courier or Federico Vignato can be held liable for these charges.

These charges must be paid by the client in order for the package to clear customs.

Please rest assured that if you need any documents from us to help you clear customs, we are more than happy to provide you with what you need (such as invoice, and proof of payment)

We currently do not accept any returns on our products with the exception of defective items. Defective items do not include damage from wear and tear. If you have received a defective item, before you send the product back please contact us at info@f-vignato.com. Our team will do our best to help you and provide further details.

We are committed to the quality of our products with a two year warranty policy. We are happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting in manufacturing defects within this two year period. If items cannot be repaired, we will replace the item as long as the stock is available. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

If general wear and tear has affected the products’ appearance, we suggest visiting a leather care professional for refurbishment.

Products that are within the two year warranty period are eligible for repairs free of charge. Each case will be dealt with on an individual basis and repairs may take up to 3-4 weeks, excluding shipping time.

For products that are outside of the warranty, Federico Vignato is happy to offer repair services at a cost. Customers will be responsible for shipping and the repair costs. The repair costs will vary based on the service needed. Lead time is 3-4 weeks for repairs, excluding shipping time.
