Exchanges & Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email@example.com within 3 working days after receiving your purchased item.
The right to withdraw may only be exercised if the returned goods have not been damaged or worn, and if they are returned in their original packaging, complete and in the same condition as when they were delivered.
We will issue a refund according to the price and quantity stated in your order, or if preferred, exchange the item for a different size / color. In such case, the client will be responsible for all delivery fees. Delivery charges will only be refundable where Federico Vignato is responsible for the reason of return.

HOW LONG WILL THE RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS TAKE:
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 3 working days after we received the package. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us in the same condition as when they were delivered or is faulty.
If we are responsible for the reason of return, you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item back to us. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we highly recommend that you send the package using a courier that can insure you for the value of the goods, and it is very important to provide us with a tracking code / certificate of posting. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide a tracking code or the certificate of posting.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
